I’ve been researching weight loss options for vegetarians and not having much luck, but as far as weight loss goes, I keep seeing search results for the idiot proof diet. I haven’t been able to find anything that says they have vegetarian options available for this diet. Any other vegetarians try this diet, or know if they have vegetarian options?
