Everywhere we go we see low fat this and fat free that. There is likely a fat free and low fat version of everything that consumers purchase, even ice cream!
People are buying up these low fat and fat free versions and actually believe that their bodies will have less fat too.

What this means is that fat free doesn’t mean that you will be free of fat! What about all of the cookies, pies, and cakes that are labeled as fat free? This label doesn’t make them healthy; it just means that they are LOWER in fat than the cake sitting next to them.
