3 Day Sample Diet Plan

On the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet, you'll be following the plan for 11 days and then taking a 3 day cheat break in which you can eat anything you want before going back on another 11 day cycle. This is just a 3 day sample of what the meals looks like. Your diet plan will be different based on the foods you choose in the Diet Generator. If the foods listed below are ones you do not like, don't worry, you'll be able to choose from other foods when you're generating your diet. On the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet, you'll be eating 4 times a day and you can eat your daily meals in any order. You can eat as much or as little of each food item listed for each meal. Also, there are NO portion limits, simply stop just short of being full.
