Hey I am trying to lose a little weight after the holidays and have heard that calorie shifting is a good method to lose weight fast, and keep it off. Was wondering:
-What exactly is calorie shifting?
-How can the average person do it?
-With calorie shifting, is exercise a necessity?
-Does this method really work?
I should also mention that since I work in a doctor’s office, I don’t really get much of a break, so eating several times throughout the day might be difficult. How big do the meals during the day have to be. Can I eat less while I’m at work and eat my larger meals for breakfast and in the evening when I’m at home?
