OK, so I want to try a Calorie Shifting diet, but I don’t really want to pay for one. Is anyone familiar with how to do Calorie Shifting? Has anyone here tried it on their own, without using a diet plan that cost money?
I know the method behind fat loss 4 idiots is Calorie Shifting, but I would really like to know
- how many calories do you consume each day
- what type of foods do you need to eat
- what time of the day do you eat
- how many times do you eat a day
