How do you get back on track with dieting?

I’ve been dieting…well not really dieting but just eating healthy, i’ve been doing really well, no problems for about 5 months and then when the holidays hit I figured I might as well enjoy them and since then I haven’t managed to get back to eating healthy. The best I’ve done is live a few weeks off of lean cuisines-not satisfying at all. So I just wondered if anyone has some helpful tips to getting their mindset to eating healthy again.

What are the foods you mainly have to stay away from when dieting?
