I have whole grain bread that is 100 calories a slice, and I have heard that it is a good choice for dieting. I like it plain and toasted. Is that a pretty healthy snack option? I also eat fruits and veggies, but I was just wondering.

Is it possible to get a 6 pack without dieting?
