I need healthy low fat diet tips
I’ve really started noticing lately that’s I’m starting to put on a lot of lbs and I feel and look real unhealthy.
I want to lose weight but I don’t want to be paper thin, or starve myself I just want to look and feel healthy again and I want to do it safely. I also don’t want to have to go to a dietion
What are the main differences between a low carbohydrate diet and a low fat diet? Are they similar at all? I know the easy answer is one restricts carbs and one restricts fat, but is there more differences?
Is one of these diets healthier than the other one? And which one helps you lose weight faster and is healthier?
I don’t like to exercise, but really need to get healthy, not just lose weight, so how much exercise do I need to do to make me fit?
I guess the foods I should avoid will depend on which diet I choose, but are there any foods that are a big NO NO?
