Anyone on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet?
I was wondering if you have to keep a food journal. I read somewhere that people who kept one lost twice the weight. Is this true? It says you don’t have to count calories, or read labels, you just eat and stop just short of being full, so I’m thinking that’s not true.
Also, it says you can use the diet generator to create a new diet every 11 days, do you have to pay for the new diet for the next 11 days, or do you just pay once and have unlimited access to the diet generator?
I saw that you have 2 options when ordering. You can either order package one for $39, which says it is the online diet generator, and the diet handbook, or you can pay an extra $16.95 and get beyone calories.
What is beyond calories? Is it a different diet or extra tips to apply to the regular fat loss 4 idiots diet? What type of info is in the diet handbook?
Sorry for such a long post, just want to get more info before I try.
