ok, I’ve been researching this diet and reading a lot about it on websites, blogs and review sites and I think I have a pretty good idea of how it works but what do I get when I buy fat loss 4 idiots? Do I get tools and info that tells me exactly what to do? Is it the diet generator? Is that all I get. If so, how do I know all the details of the diet?
