You would die before you reached 0% body fat. Your body needs some fat to metabolize the food you eat, and convert the nutrients into something useful. Fat is also required to produce hormones, without the hormone production you would also die.

If you had 0% body fat that would be bad lol

And no if that actually was possible then they would just not lose any more fat they would start losing muscle instead. Weightloss is a bitch.

Well, if that were possible, a person would still be losing weight if their calorie intake were lower than the calories their body got rid of each day. They would just be losing muscle.

However, a person needs 2-4% body fat in order to sustain life. Anything lower than that and they would be dead.

You would be dead before you got to zero percent. Your organs need fat around them for protection as well as a source of energy wen you feel hungry and haven’t eaten. It’s impossible to have 0% body fat unless you have been dead for a long time and are badly decomposed.

It’s not possible to have 0% body fat, you’d be long dead.

i believe the lowest you can achieve is like 3% an that is really extreme you can maintain that kind of level. I think you can maintian about 8% and still be eating correctly.

stuff would go seriously wrong with your body!!

professional bodybuilders get down to about 4% for competition. even thats not good for the body. its really bad for the kidneys and liver plus your more likely to get muscle cramps.
