Are Low Carb Diets Friend or Foe?

Low carb diets are the latest rave and seem to be the newest form of dieting.

The bodies relies on carbs for energy so there is no doubt that after two weeks on this diet one would be drained of energy and feel miserably weak. The South Beach Diet is another low carb diet but not quite as limiting as the Atkins. The South Beach Diet is complicated to follow.
