Calorie Shifting Vs Calorie Cycling - What is the difference?
Is there a difference between calorie shifting and calorie cycling? I’ve been doing some research on different diets and seem to like the idea of calorie shifting, since it doesn’t seem like a restrictive diet, but sometimes I see the term calorie cycling. Is calorie cycling the same thing as calorie shifting?
If not, can you tell me what the difference is? Is fat loss for idiots calorie shifting or calorie cycling?
