Any information on Calorie Shifting?
I want to try calorie shifting to lose weight but not really too sure how to do it. Is calorie shifting just alternating the amount of calories you eat each day?
Does it also have to do with what kind of foods you eat?
Does anyone know what to eat exactly to successfully do a calorie shifting diet? Are all calorie shifting diets 4 meals a day, or just this one?
