Are there really any significant dieting tips or styles you have succeeded with?

I am looking to lose about 20 pounds, and I was wondering if anybody had any specific dieting tips, shortcuts, or suggestions. Or even a suggestion on some simple/affordable decent home workout equipment.

What would happen if you had 0% body fat, but kept dieting and eating really healthy?

What would happen if someone who was very fit, had 0% body fat, but kept dieting, regularly eating a lot of things like vegetables, fruits, lean turkey, etc.?

Would their weight loss just stop due to no more mass to lose?

Is there any way to lose a gut without running or dieting?

I’ve never been a fan of running or dieting, but I have tried my hand at weight lifting and I seem to like it. Are there are any exercises known to really burn fat around your mid-section? Am I asking the obvious (answer: sit-ups)?

What should I look out for when dieting?

Hey people I am about to start dieting because I really need to lose some weight, but I don’t really know how to go on a diet. I mean besides from the obvious like avoiding candies and soda. What types of food should I look out for and what types of food should I be eating more of? Like protein, is protein good or bad, and what about carbs? Sorry if I sound stupid, but I really don’t know anything about this.

What are some easy eight loss tips that do not involve dieting to lose ten pounds in about a month?

I have gained a lot of extra weight. What is a quick and easy way to lose some of that extra stomach fat by excercises that have nothing to do with pills, dieting, or anything like that. Please help me… cause as you know swimsuit season is coming!!

Im going to see someone special soon in July and I want to have slimmed down some by then. I’m 13 years young, 5′4, and weigh 195 pounds. How much weight could I possibly lose by then if I do some healthy dieting and exercise?

I’m so exhausted and I want to know if it’s normal to feel tired when dieting. I thought it was supposed to give you energy? I’m onth biggest loser diet and I’m eating abotu 1500 cals a day if not more.

I workout like swimming and sit ups and occasionally push ups. I don’t do weightlifting because I am still 13. But I am not good with the dieting. I eat like an elephant. Any tips out there?
